Overseas bank transfer is usually subject to a service charge, which is borne by customers. Please contact your bank for details.

Any purchase over EU350, please pay by BANK TRANSFER, PAYPAL or MONEY ORDER (within Germany). Thanks for your cooperation.

At your absence the postman will leave you a pick-up note, which is quite small and can easily be mixed with advertising materials or spam post, which might be undesirable for you and thrown away. You are therefore reminded to pay extra attention to your incoming post after your order is confirmed, so that you would not miss the pick-up note and your order!

Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional Delivery and Service Charges so incurred. When the 2nd Delivery and Service Charges are required for a replacement or exchange item(s), prepaid satchel or stamps would not be accepted, nor would they be returned.
